- Responsible for overall functioning of the Department.
- Taking care of the hospitality provided for all the patients visiting OPD, Diagnostics and Admission Counters.
- Handles any query, complaint or any other situation that could not be handled by others in the department.
- Analyses the complaints received and informs the concerned department and reports to the higher authority.
- Participates in the decision making for the Front Office and OPD areas.
- Training the new recruits and providing on job training for all the staff.
- Orientation of the new recruits to the departmental policies and procedures.
- Scheduling the duty roster for Front Office, Radiology, and Night Officer on duty.
- Taking care of the logistics issues
- Ensuring the doctors comfortable working conditions in coordination with the OPD Coordinator.
- Attends the day to day feedback from MSW who collects and analyses the patient satisfaction and take action on the issue wherever required.
- Handles any critical issues related to patient/guests feedback as and when required.
- Taking care of any of the miscellaneous issues as and when asked by the Management.
