- Ensure completion of Joining formalities
- Coordinating with the authorized signatory for issuing an offer letter & appointment letter
- Opening Bank account for new joiners
- Proper documentation of new joiners files and updating them regularly as per the checklist
- Coordinating with the purchase and IT department to make sure new joinees get their email ID and visiting cards on time.
- Coordinating with the vendors in getting the employee ID cards.
- Track additional manpower details and sending a reminder mail to the centre manager/ Manager HR if it exceeds the budget.
- Maintain Leave forms and follow up with the Centre Manager in getting the Attendance Register every month on time
- Coordinating & Ensure smooth payroll processing and remittance of salaries to all employees with the payroll in giving Addition & Deletion details
- To ensure collation of attendance of all the employees including on roll / off the roll
- Timely disbursement of salary, payslip & overtime payment
- To handle employee grievances and legalities involved if any
- Updates of records (like PF, PT, loans, security deposits, bank-related adjustments and TDS)
- Ensuring proper leave management system of all the employees
Training
- To collect feedback from trainee, trainer and HOD.
- To coordinate with external and internal trainers and ensure smooth and constant training.
- To identify each department & units training needs in consultation with HOD on a regular basis.
- Scheduling new employees for the induction program
- To innovate & create new systems to ensure smooth entry of employees into the system.
- To maintain training log and training manual and update on regular basis.
- To plan training program for each employee.
- To prepare training calendar on a monthly basis with HOD
- Oversee activities of the training department and preparation of training guidelines to ensure constant training and development.
Legal compliance
- To ensure that all pending legal cases are managed and the required coordination activity is taken care of
- To ensure that all required legal documents are maintained and readily available
- To keep abreast with ongoing changes in legal requirements related to HR and to implement the same.

Relieving Formalities
- To ensure the completion of reliving formalities and handover to the payroll team for the final process
- Conduct Exit formalities
